The SVA project consisted of the demolition of the existing dilapidated indoor pool house and hallway and locker room area. Once the structure was removed and the area was backfilled, construction on the new addition began. The new addition was roughly 5,000 sq/ft containing (2) locker rooms, (2) large bathrooms, a family room, concession area, and a large gathering area for events.

The exterior is brick construction with decorative columns surrounding the porch. A large patio area was constructed out of decorative pavers for outdoor events. On the existing gym, we added a fire suppression system along with a new mechanical system providing heating and cooling to the gym.
