Harman Construction provided Design-Build services to construct a 6-7 tenant strip shopping center on a 2.01-acre site. It was a Butler conventional steel building, with structural metal stud framing, CMU/brick/stone, aluminum storefront, metal panel siding, and an EPDM roof system.

Harman Construction provided Design-Build services to construct a 6-7 tenant strip shopping center on a 2.01-acre site. It was a Butler conventional steel building, with structural metal stud framing, CMU/brick/stone, aluminum storefront, metal panel siding, and an EPDM roof system.

Interior units had finished and painted drywall, sealed concrete floors, HVAC, plumbing rough-ins for a bathroom in each unit, and minimal lighting. Because this building had road frontage on the front and back of the building, the owner wanted all sides to be aesthetically pleasing.
