Harman Construction, Inc. provided Design-Build services to the City of Harrisonburg to construction a new 25,835 s.f two-story building. Concrete slab and metal stud walls. This building includes (30) offices, (5) conference rooms, 150 person capacity meeting room, 140 person capacity fire department training room, police substation, police vehicle garage, locker rooms, kitchen and break rooms, police flex space, storage and mechanical rooms.The exterior is split-face block, Hardie panels, Hardie Trim and a metal standing-seam roof with solar panels.
