Harman Construction provided general contracting services for a 20,184 SF office build-out for Valley Engineering within an existing 64,000 SF tilt-up concrete facility. The project included renovating 16,000 SF on the ground level and adding a 2,934 SF mezzanine.
The new layout features a reception area, conference rooms, open and private offices, restrooms, break areas, storage, and an exterior patio, with additional workspace and a mechanical mezzanine located on the upper level.

The project also included new MEP systems, exterior window additions, and a one-hour fire-rated demising wall to separate the office space from the adjacent warehouse.
