Our newly completed timeshare sales building at Massanutten Resort for Great Eastern Resort Corporation is proof of that kind of partnership. It's the first of several current Harman projects at Massanutten to reach the finish line, with more already underway across the resort right now.

The Sales Team's New "Palace"
For the Massanutten team, the result has been more than a new place to work. Since the building opened, staff have noticed a renewed sense of energy, supporting everything from timeshare sales to owner services and rentals.
“They call it their palace,” says Mark Wagner, Vice President of Corporate Development at Great Eastern. “The sales staff is very enthused about everything and looks forward to coming to work in the morning.”
Bringing the Design to Life
One of the defining features of the building is the amount of natural light throughout the space. Upstairs, large windows complement the exposed timber trusses and create an open, vibrant atmosphere for the timeshare sales operation. The main sales area can accommodate up to 200 people and includes dedicated sales offices, restrooms, and other spaces needed to support the team.
