HCI provided preconstruction, design build and general contracting services to build a 160,000 sf factory / warehouse for Bowman Andros Mt. Jackson. The exterior and interior walls are created with insulated metal panels. This allowed the interior rooms to become freezers, coolers or heated production areas. A membrane roof is utilized on the entire factory.

A standalone 8,300 sf utility building was designed to house refrigeration, electrical, boilers, water treatment and air compressors. An 18,000 sf two-story office complex is attached to the factory. The office is designed with all required MEP equipment to support research, design, and laboratory testing of products.
