Built to Grow with Valley Roofing

Valley Roofing’s new facility was designed around a clear vision from the start, a space that could support their business today while allowing room for future growth. The result is a building that combines a highly functional warehouse with a front office area that reflects the professionalism and identity of the company.

Having worked together previously, Valley Roofing chose to partner again with Harman Construction for this project. That relationship helped guide the process from early planning through completion, with a shared focus on creating a facility that fit both operational needs and long-term goals.

Designed for Function and Flexibility

The building was delivered using a Butler pre-engineered steel system, a solution specifically requested by Valley Roofing for its versatility and efficiency. The Butler system made it possible to create a large, open warehouse space for materials, equipment, and daily operations, while also supporting a more refined office environment at the front of the building.

The design separates function and presentation in a way that works well for the business. The warehouse provides direct access for crews and deliveries, while the office space includes the amenities and layout needed for day-to-day operations. The flexibility of the Butler system also leaves room for future expansion as the company continues to grow.

A Space That Reflects the Business

Inside, the facility was planned with both practicality and detail in mind. Features like durable materials and efficient circulation support the workflow of a busy roofing operation, while architectural elements, such as the front entry design and interior finishes, help create a space that feels intentional and welcoming.

Projects like this reflect the value of long-standing relationships and shared trust in the process. We are grateful for the opportunity to work alongside Valley Roofing once again and to help deliver a space that will support their team for years to come.
