Valley Roofing is a 16,972 sf Butler pre-engineered metal building. The front of the building was designed to have a modern aesthetic. It is a 2-story office space comprising of private offices, meeting rooms, a break room, bathrooms, a reception area, and a large lobby.

The second floor has private offices, a large multi-purpose area, and storage. The back of the building is 6,300 sf of warehouse with nine overhead doors. The exterior of the building is a combination of EFIS, Stone Look Nichiha, and LP Smart Siding with a MR-24 standing seam metal roof.
